We are pleased and highly satisfied to announce that, following the successful presentation of our creations and taste test by a panel of tasters, led by the restless and demanding founder of Culinary Lab “Alchemist”, we gained the desired label of operation for 2011, of the unique in its kind Sumaserie, under the name "Paranga".
The creation "sexy smoked salmon" extracted the most flattering comments and the most excellent grade of 5 stars.
